MANAGING YOUR IDEA UNDER ONE ROOF, FROM DESIGN TO DISTRIBUTION
Depending on the needs of the buyer, single or serial production iron and steel castings weighing between 0.5 and 5000 kg are available.
Our selection includes steel castings with unique properties, such as stainless steel, wear-resistant steel, steel resistant to high temperatures and corrosive media, etc.
We create carbon, low-alloy, and high-alloy steel depending on the quality of the raw material.
We create carbon, low-alloy, and high-alloy steel depending on the quality of the raw material.
We produce all kinds of wood, metal and plastic patterns.
Depending on the needs of the buyer, we pre- and post-machine the castings.
Castings are subjected to thermal treatments such normalisation, release, quenching, and tampering in water, oil, or air.

We do inspection on castings using control of chemical composition, NDT and test of mechanical properties.
Production capacity increased to a total of 12.600 castings during that particular year.

Gravity Die Castings
Our gravity die castings manufacturing capabilities, which was created to integrate with our medium volume production casting projects, enables us to be incredibly competitive on all gravity die castings projects. While shell core and cold box core manufacturing capabilities can be employed in combination with this procedure, our nominal die casting capacity is 40 kg. Casting components made of non-ferrous materials, such as aluminium or low-temperature alloys, are produced via gravity die casting. The technique is employed to produce elaborately formed components for a variety of industrial applications in the energy, military, and medical fields. Under the influence of gravity, molten metal is poured into a cast iron block that has already been entirely machined to create the die.

Sand Castings
For the defence, aviation, marine, medical, energy, automotive, and other safety-critical industries, we specialised in delivering completely machined, tested, and finished aluminium, yellow metal, brass, bronze, and copper based sand castings. With more than 40 years of expertise and knowledge, as well as a programme of ongoing investment, we have the most up-to-date tools and abilities to complete your sand casting or gravity-die casting project. We take great pride in our capacity to address even the most difficult technical challenges associated with aluminium casting. Products with weights ranging from 0.1 kg to 300 kg would be provided.
Machining

Turning, milling, grinding, drilling, and inspection are all machining services that we provide. The process of machining is done using computer numerical control (CNC). The machining tools are guided by specialised computers that are programmed to shape the component as needed.
Heat Treatment for Sand and Gravity Die Castings
Heat treatment is used to improve the mechanical and physical properties Heat treatment is used to raise the tensile strength and decrease the ductility (stretch) of metal in order to improve the mechanical and physical characteristics of aluminium castings. Heat treatment is carried out in a highly controlled manner in specialised furnaces to ensure that the casting retains its original shape without cracking. The temperature is kept within very strict parameters to ensure that the casting complies with the required specification.
