Technologies
Our forging equipment consists of automatic presses with a capacity of 250 to 700 tonnes and 200 to 700 tonnes of manual presses.
To achieve precision forging trimming and finishing, we have introduced robotic forging trimming cells.
Forgings can be cleaned of contaminants and flaws using vibrating and sandblasting equipment.
Forgings will have a high-quality polished finish thanks to the establishment of a specialised line for ball-type polishing.
Modern equipment from Chiron, SW, Nakamura, and Makino is available for various mechanical processing procedures as part of our machining capabilities.
