RUBBER & SILICON
The tool workshop
services-bg-shape.png

We are able to make tools of all different shapes, sizes, and dimensions, up to 1.000 mm x 600 mm, with extreme precision. We only use top-tier components for the manufacture of our own tools from trusted and recognised manufacturers like HASCO, BHLER, FIBRO, MEUSBURGER, etc.

Our experience and in-depth understanding of all issues relating to sample and mass production are to our benefit. In our own cutting-edge toolroom, we build every tool we need to produce rubber, silicone (LSR and HTV), and plastic items. This procedure ensures the high quality of our finished goods and establishes the ideal circumstances for the manufacture of new goods.

RUBBER & SILICON
We provide manufacturing of:

(Traditional) Mould for pressed rubber

Injection moulding moulds

Profile extrusion moulds and dies

agriculture (parts for all type of agricultural plants and equipment);

The right equipment for connecting extruded rubber profiles

In addition to moulds for high-volume production, we provide our clients with the option to manufacture test (prototype) moulds. As a result of large amounts (requiring a mould with numerous cavities), the type of rubber mixture, as well as the idea of material flow and completion of the mould building, there are many projects where the end (rubber) product is not totally specified. In order to shorten the time needed to define the problematic aspects of a project of this nature, we manufacture a test mould with a minimal number of cavities first, in accordance with the clients. This allows us to define the fundamental parameters and avoid making any additional modifications or unclear decisions when creating the mould for serial production.

After the mould is constructed, we provide a mould try-out on one of our machines for moulded rubber or extruded profiles, along with suggestions for how to use and maintain the mould.

Ruber-Based Goods

Our production programme currently includes more than 500 rubber goods. With the following product groups, we serve the following industrial sectors: automotive, engineering, construction, agricultural, power generation:

Wheels

Items with a metal and rubber coupling

Products that combine rubber and plastic

various rubber capsule varieties, etc.

Metal components combined with rubber products;

Seals and other rubberized technical components.

We can work with a variety of materials, including EPDM, NR, NBR, SBR, CR, and Sylicone. Production runs from 100 to 10,000 per year Weights of the parts range from 0.5 g to 10 kg. We employ specifically skilled personnel for finishing, 100% control, and packaging of finished goods.

HTV silicone goods

The compression moulding press uses silicone rubber that has been vulcanised at a high temperature, or HTV quality. Depending on their intended application, such as whether they need to be heat, oil, or fire resistant, special silicone rubber materials are used. FDA and BFR approval is required for food and medicinal products.

HTV silicone has been widely used to replace petrochemical products in all industries, including the aerospace, munitions industry, automobile, fine chemicals, construction, electric and electronics, food processing, mechanical engineering, medical and pharmaceutical, cosmetics, home appliances, paper film, solar batteries, and semi-conductor. The range of silicone applications has recently increased in pace.

TPES goods

TPE elastomer products are employed in practically every industry, including consumer goods, industrial goods, medical device components, electrical goods, and others. OEMs in the industrial, electronic, and medical sectors are adopting TPE to combine the housing and sealing functions into a single part, improving efficiency and lowering production costs. TPE elastomers are also used in vibration dampers and valve/pump combination parts.

TPE elastomer goods have improved throughout time, and TPE materials now have better elasticity, surface COF, more colours, higher rip strength, more bondability to other substrates, and better heat performance. While many of these qualities have improved, there are still some that rubber alone can provide.

LSR silicone items

Liquid Silicone Rubber is the perfect material for the fabrication of products where high quality is required because to its low compression set, quick cure cycles, excellent stability, and resistance to extreme heat and cold. Unlike the majority of thermoplastic elastomers, LSR maintains its flexibility and elastic qualities up to 200 degrees Celsius. In addition to these characteristics, silicone elastomers are available in a wide range of hardness and colours, making them the material of choice for a growing number of applications.

Products requiring high precision, such as seals, sealing membranes, electric connectors, multi-pin connectors, infant products where smooth surfaces are desired, such as bottle nipples, medical applications, as well as kitchen items, such as baking pans, spatulas, etc., are typical applications for liquid silicone rubber.

Technology for injection Moulding

With the equipment we now have, we have the ability to produce rubber, LSR (liquid silicone), and plastic parts using injection moulding technology.

We have six rubber injection machines that can make rubber pieces weighing between 0.05 and 600 g each.

We have a set of five LSR injection moulding machines, five automatic dozers, and five colour dozers. We are able to make components in sizes ranging from 0.05 g to 150 g.

We have six plastic mass injection machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 400 tonnes. Depending on the geometry of the component, we are able to make plastic bits weighing from 1g to 1.5kg.
